Kraai & Van Lier Headhunters has officially become ambassador of the Refugee Talent Hub (RTH).
We live in a turbulent world together with a rapidly changing and not always a positive society. We talk about this a lot, it moves us and leaves us with the question how we ourselves can make a positive and active contribution to our society.
We are headhunters with a network of 20+ years. Connecting people and organizations in relation to work, that’s what we do. Work is important for everyone, it connects, gives you self-esteem, provides a social network, gives financial stability and most importantly, gives better understanding and respect in each other’s similarities and differences.
This all comes together in the Refugee Talent Hub whose mission statement matches exactly with our DNA. RTH connects employers and refugees (‘newcomers’) with the purpose of building a financial and social well-being.
Kraai & Van Lier supports and fully endorses this mission of RTH. We have a deep-rooted belief that talent and potential has no boundaries and that inclusion and diversity is essential for a healthy working environment.
